As an Estimator, you'll:
Analyze and compile estimate data that impact the cost of commercial construction projects to ensure a high quality and timely estimate.
Enhance your existing commercial construction estimating experience.
Develop alternative solutions and construction methods to increase competitiveness of the bid.
Communicate challenging details to project team, including Architect and Owner.
Utilize your Microsoft Excel and Word abilities.
Create an environment of connected, committed teamwork through non-stop communication and the willingness to help others succeed.
