You will be responsible for arranging dates and times of on-site hearing testing services with our customers.
Responsibilities:
Initiates and maintains contact with customers to determine dates, times, and range of on-site services Enters/updates client-specific information in our computer system Creates monthly schedules for testing units based on client needs and resource availability Ensures schedules allow service technicians to comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) Hours of Service regulations Prepares and maps service routes Serves as point of contact between customers and company technicians Learns and stays up-to-date on DOT Hours of Service regulations Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

years experience in phone customer service Ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written form Excellent typing skills Knowledge in a Windows software environment; Internet software; Spreadsheet software; Word Processing software and Contact Management systems Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to work well in teams.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
